Furnace/Heating Unit Servicing Checklist:
1. Replace disposable or clean washable filter (1” only)
2. Check operational temperatures and record
3. Check the fan control setting
4. Check temperature rise of heating equipment
5. Inspect and tighten electrical connections
6. Check ignition flame and clean as necessary
7. Check burner area and clean as necessary
8. Document findings
Air Conditioning Servicing Checklist:
1. Replace disposable or clean washable filter (1" only)
2. Check operational temperatures and record
3. Clean condensing unit with non-toxic biodegradable coil cleaner to trade standards
4. Check refrigerant pressures as needed
5. Check operating controls - adjust as required
6. Inspect all electrical connections, terminals, and contacts
7. Check all safety controls - adjust as required
8. Check line voltage, operational AMP draws, and record
9. Document findings
